Shipping

  • The delivery time to Sweden is 1 to 4 working days, via DHL.
  • International delivery is not available at the moment.
  • The order will be delivered at the closest service point to the delivery address. Within 24 hours, you will receive a text from DHL with a tracking link. You will receive an email when your package leaves our warehouse and another email when the package arrives at the service point to your delivery address. If you do not pick up your package within 14 days, iit will be returned to us.
  • Do not forget to bring valid identification such as ID, driver's license or passport and shipping ID / package number when you pick up your package.

Delivery costs

  • Our standard delivery to postal agents is free for orders over SEK 499,00.
  • For orders under SEK 499,00, the shipping cost is SEK 39,00.

Returns

  • The return costs is SEK 39, and is paid directly through DHL'’ website.
  • We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@madebyenat.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at info@madebyenat.com.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
