This vegan smoothie bowl is packed with protein, probiotic, fibre and vitamins which makes it perfect as either a steady breakfast treat or a post workout boost.

One serving of this smoothie bowl contains around:

- 20g protein

- 5g fiber 

- 17 vitamins & minerals 

- 1 billion CFU probiotics 

- Omega-3 

Ingredients

2 dl or ¾ cup (100 g) of frozen mixed berries
1 small ripe banana
2-3 tablespoon plant milk
1 scoop (38 g) of our plant-based protein powder

Topping:
1 tablespoon coconut
1 tablespoon chia seeds
3 tablespoon of Granola (sugar free)
A handful of optional fresh fruit (we used peach)

Method

- Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.

- Add the topping.

- Enjoy!
